The Z-shaped profile is a special metal bar, in cross section resembling the Latin letter Z. To produce a similar type of profile, high-quality steel with a thickness of 0.55 to 2.5 mm is used.
Alloy D19h (marking 1190 is also used) belongs to the class of deformable aluminum alloys. The main components of the alloy are aluminum (up to 94%), copper (3.8-4.3%) and magnesium (1.7-2.3%), as well as manganese, silicon, iron, titanium, zinc and beryllium. Impurities are allowed in an amount not exceeding 0.05%.
