The Z-shaped profile is a special metal bar, in cross section resembling the Latin letter Z. To produce a similar type of profile, high-quality steel with a thickness of 0.55 to 2.5 mm is used.
Aluminum alloy AK4 belongs to the Al-Cu-Mg system. Due to its malleability, ductility and increased heat resistance, it is widely used for the manufacture of elements capable of operating at elevated temperatures. Aluminum alloy AK4 is chemically similar to duralumins, contains the main alloyed additives of copper and magnesium, as well as special additives of iron and nickel.
